Both market leaders are of interest in the 14:50 handicap hurdle at Catterick
"Argentia has caught the eye travelling sweetly for a long way against useful rivals on both her last two starts and backing her at [14.0] or bigger with a view to trading out at [7.0] and [2.0] could be a value trade."
Graham Cunningham makes the picks today and he has many angles to consider including a potential big-priced In-Play punt
Things have been ticking along nicely for yours truly since the weather improved, but I can't see today being especially busy on the punting front and most of the races I've looked at haven't thrown up much.
That said, Plumpton's 14:00 does offer a couple of points of interest. Pepite Rose is trading at [1.67] here and I think she'll win.
However, Argentia has caught the eye travelling sweetly for a long way against useful rivals on both her last two starts and backing her at [14.0] or bigger with a view to trading out at [7.0] and [2.0] could be a value trade.
Recent rain at Catterick puts a different complexion on several races and the 14:50 is one in question.
Fujin Dancer caught the eye at Rasen, but his rider has yet to partner a winner and a split stakes play involving course winner Kings Counsel and back-to-form Pete could be the way forward.
Recommended Bets:
Plumpton 14:00: Back Pepite Rose at [1.66] or better and back Argentia at [14.0] or better with a view to laying off at [7.0] and [2.0]
Catterick 14:50: Back Pete and Kings Counsel at [5.8] and [6.6] or better
