It's a good-quality card at Tipperary tonight
"Naked Cowboy (19.50) hasn't had the rub of the green so far this year and really should be up to defying this sort of mark in what looks a run-of-the-mill handicap."
Three selections for an interesting eight-race card at Tipperary this evening.
Furner's Green (19.20) looked a smart prospect when winning on his debut here last month and is taken to put that experience to good use and stretch his unbeaten record. A typically well-bred sort from the Aidan O'Brien yard, he created a very good impression when beating stablemate Battle of Saratoga last time, making smooth headway early in the straight and getting on top for just hands and heels. He's sure to improve and can take this listed race en-route to better things.
Naked Cowboy (19.50) hasn't had the rub of the green so far this year and really should be up to defying this sort of mark in what looks a run-of-the-mill handicap. Anthony Mullins's runner has looked a winner waiting to happen off a mark in the low-to-mid 50s this year, twice finishing runner-up at Naas (nearest finish in latter) and really ought to win with one of the more accomplished claimers in this race on board.
Jeangeorges (20.20) should come without a government health warning given how little he's showed in handicaps this term, but at his current price of [15.0], he's well worth a speculative wager now he's refitted in cheekpieces for the first time this year. He proved a revelation when fitted in headgear last season, winning twice, and in the frame on four other occasions. He's 7 lb lower in the weights than when last successful at Leopardstown in October, too.
Recommendations

Back Naked Cowboy @ [2.7] in the 19.50
Back Jeangeorges @ [15.0] in the 20.20
