"Memory Lane has been weak in the betting, drifting out to [3.3] from [2.54]."

Today's Follow The Money movers come from the meetings at Catterick and Uttoxeter.

Starting at Catterick, in the 15:20 1m4f Claiming Stakes Hels Angel has been well supported into [2.2] from [3.55]. In May, Ann Duffield's five-year-old mare won over this course and distance and runs today off exactly the same mark. Her two main rivals here were behind her that day and it seems as though punters expect that form to be confirmed. Things didn't go so well last time out at Beverley where she failed to assume her favoured position at the head of affairs but if she can dictate from the front today then she will be difficult to pass.

David Pipe has fired out four winners from his last 12 runners and looks to have a great chance to improve that record further in the 16:10 3m Handicap Chase at Uttoxeter with Kilshanna. The six-year-old gelding - back into [5.0] from [8.33] - hasn't looked totally convincing in two runs over hurdles this summer but, with plenty of stamina in his pedigree, a longer trip over the larger obstacles could be the making of him. Getting weight all round from an ordinary looking field, it would be disappointing if he didn't prove very competitive today.

Finally, and returning to Catterick for the 16:20 1m4f Handicap, Memory Lane has been weak in the betting, drifting out to [3.3] from [2.54]. Mark Prescott's three-year-old filly got off the mark last week, winning a maiden in fine style over today's course and distance. As impressive as that eight ength victory was, she faces a totally different assignment here as top weight back in handicap company. Twice this season she has failed to make the frame running in similar events off lower marks and with her main market rivals both in receipt of over stone this may be asking too much of her.
