Today's 80/20 is Dorcas Lane in the 15:05 at Royal Ascot. This filly was most impressive when beating Charleston Lady in the Pretty Polly Stakes at HQ last month. She took the lead a couple of furlongs from home and kept on in good style to win easily. This lightly raced individual is still improving and should run well at a big price in this fascinating contest. At present she is trading at [9.4] on the exchange.
Here's hoping Nick's plans don't go up in smoke at Ascot this afternoon......
The Coventry Stakes is the focus of Nick's attention today but who was deemed worthy of carrying 80/20 responsibility?...
Windsor Castle is a beautiful tourist attraction in a quaint little town but Nick is far more interested in another sort of Castle in Windsor this evening......
