Another online poker room has announced it will not allow US poker players to play. Victory Poker has blocked access to its poker room and poker site for all US facing poker players. The reasons have not been made public, but in the wake of the attack on poker sites by the US government it is likely Victory Poker is acting to protect itself. The CEO of Victory Poker, Dan Fleyshman, Tweeted that he asked Cake Network to perform the block. Cake Network is the Victory Poker network provider.
