"Kangaroo Court has been backed at big odds, coming in to [12.0] from an earlier quote of [20.0]."

Wednesday's Follow the Money movers come from Cheltenham and Newmarket.

At Cheltenham, in the 14:45, Toby Jug has seen some solid support moving from [7.2] in to [5.6]. Sarah Humphrey's runner was in excellent form last season over these staying trips where he managed to complete a three timer. Although disappointing on his reappearance in the Midlands National, it is easy to find excuses, especially with the slower ground. The handicapper has been quick to provide some relief, and with today's ground his preferred Good to Firm a much improved run can be expected.

Staying at Cheltenham, Emma's Lavelle's enigmatic runner Kangaroo Court has been backed at big odds coming in to [12.0] from an earlier quote of [20]. He was initially looking like a very promising novice chaser where he managed a solid seventh in the Arkle, before falling in his next two outings. Although disappointing on his return over hurdles in the Imperial Cup, improvement can be expected today with him already having won over course and distance, and the firmer ground is where all his victories have come.

In the 15:35 at Newmarket, Pausanias has been friendless in the betting, drifting from [2.78] out to [4.0]. The lack of support is a worry given he looked a progressive two-year-old with plenty of scope. It can only be assumed that he has other targets in the future over more ground, and today's race is more about gaining fitness so could be one to avoid.
