Hawaii Looks Over Poker Law

Hula Dancer

Poker players may soon have the blessing of their government in the US State of Hawaii. The island state is considering a bill that would have it regulating both live and online poker. Poker games would be hosted by the state in order to bring in much needed revenue. The proposed bill was examined mid week by the first round of committees and found approval. The key element in the bill is defining the game of poker as a game of skill as gambling is illegal in the state of Hawaii in any form.
