Ashley Mitchell has plead guilty to stealing online poker chips. The 29 year old hacked Zynga Poker and stole $12 million worth of chips. The game allows poker players to go online and play poker games in various applications such as through facebook. He committed his crime in 2009 and stole 400 billion virtual chips. He sold off a portion for $86,000, about a third of his haul. Had the full balance of chips been sold via the Zynga poker site it would have been worth twelve million. He would have made $297,000 if he had sold all the chips.
